National Taiwan University (NTU) has participated in the American Chemical Society (ACS) Read & Publish Agreement (2024–2026), which has received strong support and positive feedback from faculty members. With funding support from the NSTC Chemistry Library Service Initiative (CLSI) and the NTU Office of Research and Development, NTU will continue its participation in the ACS Read & Publish Agreement for 2027–2029.
As the alliance tokens for the 2024–2026 ACS Read & Publish Agreement are nearly exhausted, ACS will reconfigure the system for the 2027–2029 agreement from November 1 to November 7, 2026.
If your article is accepted during this period, please temporarily delay signing the Journal Publishing Agreement (JPA). In particular, please do not pay the APC yourself (payments are non-refundable). Once the reconfiguration is complete, ACS will help to ensure your article is published as open access.
